On request, we conduct extensive screening analysis of your deep-frying oil/fat sample by the validated DGF method C-III 21 (13). By NIR spectroscopy, we determine parameters such as acid value (FFA), anisidine value, polymer triglycerides, polar compounds, trans fatty acids and color index. You will receive a comprehensive interpretation of the analytical results.
