Maxfry® GmbH was established in 2002. The family-owned company managed by its owners has been engaged in improving the technological properties of vegetable oils and fats ever since. Here, the focus lies on thermal and oxidative stabilisation of oils and fats in the food industry.

We also develop ways of adapting the natural products oil and fat optimally to special applications and quality standards.These adaptations are effected by means of specially developed, vegetable and plant-based additives. Our service portfolio is rounded off by comprehensive counselling in the areas of fat systems, fat analyses and deep-frying processes.

Competence for global markets
Maxfry® has a growing international customer base which benefits from our competence and expert knowledge in the area of vegetable oils and fats. In addition to our core markets Germany, Austria, Switzerland and the Benelux countries, we now also distribute our vegetable additives in Italy, Russia, Slovenia, Latvia, Australia and the USA. Our customers include oil producers, food producers and companies of the hotel & restaurant, catering and franchise catering trades.
